Episode Summary: When a U.S. Marshal impersonator, Bob McGraw, starts killing people in a misguided attempt to capture fugitives, he becomes one himself. The case becomes personal when McGraw turns the tables on U.S. Marshal Annie Frost. Meanwhile, Luke gets a surprise visitor who threatens his relationship with the U.S. Marshal team.
